Every Cardi card is custom-printed with your brand and encoded with your unique profile link. Your digital profile goes live the moment you publish it — this policy covers the physical NFC card we print and ship to you.
Because each card is printed to order, we begin production once you've approved your final design. Please allow 2–3 working days for printing and NFC encoding before your order is dispatched.
Cardi cards are produced by our print partner and sent with a tracked delivery service. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Total time from approval to your door is typically the processing time plus the delivery estimate above. Express options may be available for urgent orders — email us before ordering.
Please double-check your address. Provide a correct and complete delivery address at checkout. Once an order has entered production we generally can't change the address, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee.
Cardi cards are personalised with your brand, so they can't be resold and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Your design is treated as final once you approve it for print, so please review your proof carefully.
That said, we stand behind our work. If your card arrives with a production error, a faulty NFC chip, or damage in transit, we'll arrange a free replacement or a refund. Please report any issue within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the problem.
Your digital Cardi profile is delivered instantly and can be edited or unpublished at any time from your account. Because it's a digital product made available immediately, it isn't generally refundable — but if something isn't working as expected, get in touch and we'll help.
